The island will be closed for private functions up to 7 times a year. Please check this page on the first of the  month for any closed dates.

ALREWAS ISLAND RULES

The island comprises uneven ground adjacent to deep water so ALL VISITORS must carry out a RISK ASSESSMENT before taking part in any activity.

All visitors are responsible for their own safety and must have any necessary insurance to cover any activity they are taking part in.

All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

No litter to be left on the island.

NO DOGS are allowed at any time on the island.

Dogs are allowed in the river side woods at Potters Meadow, 5 min walk north of the island. 

Bailiffs patrol regularly and their instructions must be observed at all times.
